If your enquiry is about Yaktrax® that you’ve purchased from us, please provide proof of purchase, your footwear circumference as outlined on our Sizing, confirmation that the Yaktrax were used according to our FAQ and confirmation that they were fitted correctly as outlined in our Fitting page to help us deal with your enquiry more effectively.

The US manufacturers of Yaktrax® (Implus Footcare LLC) offer a 90-day warranty on all of their Yaktrax® products against manufacturer’s defects.

Products deemed defective should be returned via the retailer from whom you purchased the Yaxtrax®.

If your enquiry is regarding Yaktrax® purchased from another retailer, please contact the retailer concerned who should be able to deal with the manufacturers on your behalf.

Alternatively you may want to contact the manufacturers Yaktrax LLC or the owners of Yaktrax LLC who are Implus LLC and have their EU headquarters in France as detailed on the packaging.

Please note that we cannot supply single Yaktrax® or replacement straps for Yaktrax Pro.
