UK Postage

All UK Orders are posted by 1st class post with the option of Recorded or Special Delivery, which you can track via the Royal Mail's website. You can request that we email you the tracking number at time of ordering by using the space for notes. Regular postage is £1.95 for up to 2 pairs or £2.95 for 3 pairs or more.

We now send all orders of 4 pairs or more by Recorded Delivery automatically, since several valuable orders were reported as not having been delivered recently.

Please note that Recorded and Special Delivery are 'signed for' services, and if no-one is in to sign for the package it will be taken to the local depot to await your collection. The Royal Mail should put a card through your door telling you that is what they have done.

Somewhat ironic, I know, but Royal Mail delivered less than 30% of the Special Delivery orders we placed in the run up to Christmas on time. We have therefore to advise customers that Special Delivery is no guarantee of next day delivery when the weather is bad or during strike action. You are advised to check Royal Mail's site and any disclaimers before sending Special Delivery.

Special Delivery Next Day is available for an additional £4 (Total £5.95 for up to 2 pairs or £6.95 for 3 or more)

Special Delivery Saturday Service - + £6 (Total £7.95 for up to 2 pairs or £8.95 for 3 or more)

Special Delivery before 9.00 am - +£11 (Total £12.95 for up to 2 pairs or £13.95 for 3 or more)

Recorded Delivery for an additional 75p

Orders to be sent Special Delivery will be sent the same day if the order is received by 9.00 am. Orders received after 9.00 am are sent the following day. If you book the Saturday Special Delivery Service too late on a Friday, your order will be sent out on Saturday by regular Special Delivery and the extra £2 refunded.

We aim to post all orders received before 9.00 am the same day. Orders received after that will be sent the following working day. However when we've been in an out of stock situation and are fulfilling back orders, we cannot guarantee to post the same or next working day as usual.
